Hollands Team

Capital with a point of view

We are a private investment office focused primarily on one thing: the private technology companies that will define how the modern enterprise operates for the next twenty years. Hollands Team backs them before the rest of the market has time to agree with us.

our focus

The structural shift in enterprise technology

01

Artificial intelligence is a reorganisation of how enterprises buy, build and run the software they depend on. Hollands Team is focused on the companies at the centre of that reorganisation, and on getting there early.

03

We look for companies that are addressing large enterprise markets with clear product-market fit and platforms capable of becoming load-bearing infrastructure within the organisations they serve. The best of these are structurally difficult to displace. That is, precisely, the quality Hollands Team is looking for.

02

Our interest is in businesses operating at the intersection of enterprise software, data infrastructure and AI. Industries where technological adoption is being driven by the practical reality that organisations of scale now need genuinely different tools to remain competitive.

Investment Criteria

Three areas of enduring focus

Enterprise Software

Mission-critical software earns its position slowly and keeps it stubbornly. We focus on products with deep workflow integration and strong net revenue retention. Products with the kind of customer relationships that become harder to undo with each passing quarter.

Data Infrastructure

Before any organisation can use intelligence effectively, it needs data that it can trust. Information that is stored, processed, governed and made legible at scale. The companies building this layer occupy positions of structural importance that are rarely appreciated until they are more noticeably indispensable.

Artificial Intelligence

Hollands Team is serious about the future of AI. We are looking for the relatively small number of companies that are applying it in ways that produce measurable and truly defensible outcomes within enterprise workflows. Situations where the results justify the adoption and the adoption justifies the valuation.
